As we scale up rapidly, we're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts, and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and brand marketing strategies.
    Position Overview:

    As the Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing department, crafting and executing comprehensive strategies to elevate brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and establish a strong market presence. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory by implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with our business goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration, focusing on SaaS-based solutions within the childcare industry.

    Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives.

    Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs, regularly assessing and optimizing marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and drive scalable growth.

    Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead generation goals, optimizing the marketing funnel to drive conversions.

    Drive brand marketing efforts, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

    Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies.

    Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to initiatives with the highest potential for impact and ROI.

    Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our market reach and enhance brand visibility.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

    - Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role within a product-led SaaS scale-up or tech-based company, with a focus on brand marketing, lead generation, and brand awareness .

    Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable results and revenue growth.

    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.

    Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

    Innovative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
