    Role Description

    This is a full-time role as a Junior Digital Operations Coordinator. The Junior Digital Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day campaign operations, including coordination of marketing campaigns, data analysis, and reporting. This role is primarily located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

    Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in operations management and customer service
    • Ability to thrive in dynamic. fast-paced, and non-routine working environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
    • Experience in digital marketing or related field is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • Demonstrate a will to win and push boundaries
    • Hungry, energetic and motivated to succeed
