    Job Overview:

    We seek a detail-oriented and creative individual for the Landscape Estimator/Designer role. In this position, you will accurately estimate project costs, collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and create visually appealing and functional landscape designs.

    Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to gather information for accurate project estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
  • Utilize industry-standard software for landscape design to create visually compelling and functional outdoor spaces.
  • Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods to contribute innovative ideas to the design process.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture/LAT, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in landscape estimating and design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of local plant species, hardscape materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a solid ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes.

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year; experience level will be considered for the final offer.
