    About the Role:
    ~50% - Proactive Pipeline Management
    ~ Help prospective clients navigate the overwhelming world of beverage packaging equipment to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
    ~ Nurture post-sale relationships to ensure every new customer has an exceptional onboarding experience

    ~30% - Actionable Sales Leads Generation
    ~ Actively prospect craft beverage producers in your territory to identify businesses with challenges that Cask's packaging solutions can solve
    ~ Maintain and engage in customer relationships to stay up-to-date with market changes & challenges

    ~10% - Responsive Inbound Inquiry Management
    ~ Be the first point of contact for inbound interest with genuine, constructive interactions.
    ~ Strategically manage leads to build relationships for optimal engagement.

    ~10% Personal and Professional Growth
    ~ Embrace continuous improvement by utilizing our skill development budget to grow your sales skills and industry knowledge.
