    Job Description:


    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Business Analyst to join our team at beBee Professionals in Toronto.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for our marketing initiatives.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    The candidate should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for our marketing initiatives
    • Developing and implementing strategies to improve our marketing performance
    • Working with stakeholders to ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with our business objectives
    • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
    • Developing reports to track and measure the performance of our marketing initiatives
