- Event planning including booking venue, invoicing contractors, event supply ordering etc.
- Set up meetings, book travel, keep office organized
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure all event requirements are met
- Support various teams as needed
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
