    Key Accountabilities

    Initially, the role works within an established set of best practices but will be expected to fine-tune and enhance approaches on an ongoing basis in partnership with the Quebec-based new business team

    Work in partnership with the SVP, Growth to develop RFP/Pitch action plans for all English Canada RFP Responses and Pitches

    Oversee the execution of RFP/Pitch action plans, which can include

    Organizing governance systems – Teams Channel, response templates, etc

    Scheduling pitch team activities like check-ins and rehearsals

    Coordinating all pitch team activities (on-time delivery, travel, team meals, etc.) for all English Canada RFP responses and new business pitches

    Coordinate with design resources to ensure all RFP and Pitch materials are polished and delivered on time

    Editing support RFP / Pitch written content for conciseness and clarity

    Coordinate with agency leaders and Quebec new business team to deliver consistent activity reporting to stakeholders locally and globally

    Required Experience

    Minimum of three years of media agency experience

    Strong project and stakeholder management experience

    Previous experience with media agency RFPs / Pitches is a plus

    Familiarity with MERX/Ariba/Coupa and other procurement platforms is a plus
