    Description

    Do you enjoy assisting customers? Are you experienced in handling orders and their follow-up? Do you seek to join a bustling office immediately? We are keen to have a conversation with you about this full-time position in SE Calgary.



    Responsibilities:
    • Assist customers with queries regarding parts or product sales.
    • Answer inquiries and provide pricing information on parts and products.
    • Maintain sales orders by entering and updating them in the system.
    • Keep product pricing updated in the system.
    • Efficiently work to fulfill customers' requirements and deliver a positive service.
    • Coordinate among customers, sales team, and shipping department.

    Requirements:
    • Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service abilities.
    • Demonstrated capability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
    • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
    • Strong work ethic and a positive team-oriented mindset.
    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
    • Exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills.
    • Keen attention to detail and proficient data entry capabilities.
