    Nokiiwin Tribal Council requires one (1) experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated Community Care Advisor. The Community Care advisor will work closely with Nokiiwin communities to develop systems, supports, and procedures that allow individuals with disabilities or health care needs to continue living in their community while receiving the care they need.
