    Description

    Are you looking for growth and opportunity? Learning and development? Start your career hereAgilus is recruiting for an Account Manager in the industrial supplies industry in Edmonton, Alberta. You will provide exceptional customer service and solutions to a wide variety of new and existing customers. A typical day:

    • Respond to customer inquiries in an effective, timely manner
    • Obtain quotes from vendors for services
    • Assist management and Quality control with customer Non-conformances (NCR's) and material (Mill) Non-conformances (NCR's)
    • Track and troubleshoot orders
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
    Successful candidates will have:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or assisting sales
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with reading and understanding Mill Test reports and Customer Specifications
    • High level computer and document processing skills
    • Excellent critical thinking ability
    • Able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task
