    Description

    Known as "The Abnormal Beauty Company", DECIEM is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands & is an industry disruptor with a science-first approach to innovation.

    DECIEM was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency.

    He developed DECIEM to be a happy family (of people and beauty brands), rooted in kindness, creativity, diversity, and respect, alongside Co-Founder and CEO, Nicola Kilner.

    We are looking for a Social Media Videographer with a fantastic creative instinct and passion for content creation.
    This is a hybrid position, based out of our head office in Toronto.
    Support the Social Media Manager and the Social Media Associate Manager in content creation and development alongside the Creative team
    Assist in managing community management accounts within (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
    Maintain and administer the brand voice throughout all communications
    Coordinate Social Media Campaigns as required
    Adhere to company policies, social media rules and regulations
    Stay on top of social media trends and pitch ideas to increase engagement
    Help to develop and maintain our social media content calendar
    Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok/Reels to assist in content creation and development
    A love for creating content, and comfortable speaking to the camera is required
    Highly developed video editing skills, including proficiency in PremierePro and/or Final Cut Pro required.
    Knowledge and proficiency in all current social platforms and demonstrated social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    Knowledge of SEO / Marketing tools is an asset
