    Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving product team tickets, collaborating to complete Agile stories and helping FCC staff adopt appropriate productivity tools.

    What you'll do:

    • Guide staff through troubleshooting steps
    • Maintain the product team queue and resolve tickets
    • Provide end user support and information transition
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve practices and process
    • Use multiple channels to provide training and productivity tips to customers

    What we're looking for:

    • Organized multi-tasker who can easily shift focus in a fast-paced work environment
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests while staying organized and composed
    • Strong communicator able to deliver adoption messaging to staff

    What you'll need:

    • A degree in computer science or engineering and at least four years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
    • In-depth understanding and broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies
    • MCSA O365 Certification is an asset
