- Manage and craft candidate reports, briefing documents, interview guides and proposals, as well as scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings, preparing and updating client files and search reports.
- Proactively manage multiple projects by tracking information through database and reporting tools using a high degree of analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Publish confidential information in a presentable format for client review while adhering to company standards.

- Strong English language communication skills both written and verbal
- University/college graduate with minimum of 3-5 years related administrative experience.
- Administration expertise in supporting senior executives (ideally in a professional services environment) exercising good judgment and a calm demeanor.
