- Preparation of client packages (annual packages for clients that include financial statements, engagement letters, etc.)
- Arranging pickup or courier of client packages
- Client communication (includes in-person, over the phone, and via email)
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and employees
- Acting as a staff liaison for events and various other activities as needed
- Preparation and sending client billings
- Preparing and performing bank deposits
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Collecting rent cheques for the company's real estate
- Running employee billing system – ensuring it is entered in a timely manner, tracked, and billed accordingly
- Ordering and tracking supplies
- Various other administrative tasks as required
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
