    Description

    Our client is a leading consumer accessories supplier with a specific focus on the imaging, electronics, wireless, audio, sporting goods, and mobile electronics markets. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team

    What they are looking for:

    This role provides administrative support to executives, to ensure the successful execution of their respective operations. The successful candidate must have the ability to assist in prioritizing workflow and follow-up on multiple activities simultaneously.

    Responsibilities:

    In this role, the responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

    Communication: Filter, manage, and become involved in the daily flow of internal and external communication and issue resolution.

    Task List Management: Maintain daily meetings with executives to ensure tasks are being completed on schedule and support administrative tasks wherever possible.

    Travel Management: Schedule flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals and meeting schedules for team's general travel.

    Expense Reports: Maintain and submit expense reports.

    Reporting: Obtain and distribute purchasing, sales, and inventory reports to relevant parties.

    Events: Assist with coordinating trade shows and special events.

    Out of Office Support: Filter all important communications and action items while executives are travelling out of the office.

    Organizational Support: Keep schedules, office, and product samples, organized at all times.

    Perform other relevant duties as required.

    Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

    · Must have 3+ years prior Executive Administrative Assistant experience

    · Completed College diploma or University Degree in Business Administration is preferred

    · Proven success in a fast-paced work environment with constantly changing priorities

    · Strong organization and time management skills

    · Keen attention to detail and accuracy

    · Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and working with an ERP (SysPro an asset)

    *Please note that this role is located in Markham and is an onsite position.*
