    We're looking for a solutions-oriented Technical Program Manager who will engage, inform, and influence Senior Leaders to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.

    As the Technical Program Manager you will help to define Sifton Properties Limited's approach to program management within our Technical Shared Services groups.

    This is an opportunity with significant impact through participating in the design, implementation and execution of key practices that drive technology adoption and enhancements.

    Drive program management within the Technical Shared Services teams, including Projects, Products and Solutions initiatives.
    Drive product definition and ensure robust roadmaps are in place and prioritized alongside business demands.

    Oversee the project portfolio across assigned areas of Technology, ensuring commitments are kept on time, on budget, and in scope.

    Provide real-time visibility into progress across all areas and ensure timely updates for stakeholders.
    Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and implement improvements to technology adoption.
    Work closely with VP to produce Executive and Board reporting on all key initiatives
    Continuously improve quarterly planning, ongoing project planning, and prioritization with leaders from across the company.
    Other duties as required. Experience
    5+ years of program management partnering with Technology and Product leadership.
    Experience in oversight and management of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
    Strong executive presentation skills.
    Demonstrated aptitude for risk identification and mitigation.
    Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborative relationships across the organization.
    Experience in Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
    Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    Ability to facilitate and influence discussions about enterprise-level technology projects.
    Track record of creative problem-solving with senior leadership. What We Can Offer You
