    BeachHead is a staffing and professional service firm in Toronto that specializes in Information Technology and Project Based Recruitment, both for Financial Services and Innovative Technology Firms.     We are looking for People with a "Passion for People" who would love to develop or showcase their tenacious Sales and Client Relationship Skills in a "Fun Environment". The right candidate will be organized with excellent communication skills and will love building Client Relationships and will not be afraid to fail. This person will share a passion for people, strong delivery and learning.

    Desired Skill-Set:
    • 2+ years of experience in Business Developmentand generating leads through various mediums
    • Proficiency in cold calling and generating prospective sales opportunities.
    • Performance driven, self-motivated, and the ability to build leads
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceedtargets while thriving in a team environment
    • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
    • Exemplary Personal Ethics
