Working with partners like TELUS, Cineplex, Mastercard, PayPal and RBC, has allowed us to work with teams that are passionate about creating great digital experiences that make an impact.The Engagement Manager (EM) is a key member of our leadership team. In this role, you will encourage the project team to focus on what our client values/wants, and will ensure that the team is empowered and set up to deliver that value.

    Working with the client

  • The client should feel you are there to take care of them as they build their digital product
  • The client is clear on scope and what will be designed/built/tested

  • Have a proven ability to deliver digital products
  • EQ minded - Ability to understand and respond to the needs of the client partners and internal team
  • Detail-oriented - Ability to identify risks, gaps and opportunities and take the necessary steps to address them
  • Can contribute to putting the right people in the right seats by understanding people's capabilities, limitations, and what opportunities would be good for them

    • Coming from a background in product design or development helps - because we create software, it helps if you've been on the ground yourself in any or many of these backgrounds.

  • Experience in project management or product management
  • Experience in design, development, data / analytics, or any other part of digital product delivery
