    Description

    Civil Billing Coordinator will oversee all billing activities related to civil construction. This position, reporting to the Billing Manager, involves a mix of field and office work – approximately 70% field and 30% office. Billing Coordinators play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with various teams within the civil department, including foremen, supervisors, project coordinators, and management.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Interpreting blueprints and drawings
    • Conducting on-site measurements for accurate billing
    • Ensuring clear communication with project teams for accurate documentation
    • Preparing change orders and necessary documentation
    • Generating and sending invoices to clients and auditors
    • Performing administrative tasks like scanning and data entry

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • College Diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of billing experience in construction
    • Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints independently
    • Valid 'G' Driver's License with clean abstract
    • Ability to work in various outdoor conditions
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
