    Accountancy Insurance specialises in insurance specifically designed for accounting firms in public practice and is the leading provider of tax audit insurance in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.     About the role:

    As a leader in the Accounting & Financial Services industry, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our ever-growing, dynamic and vibrant team in our Toronto Office. This unique opportunity is for an ambitious and motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply previously developed account and client relationship management skills combined with analytical/data skills.

    Reporting to the Associate Director - Canada, the main functions of this role are:

    • Building and developing strategic relationship with key stakeholders;
    • Acting as primary point-of-contact for the allocated client portfolio;
    • Maintaining thorough knowledge of our products and services to deliver best outcome for clients;
    • Supporting and managing the product cycle/workflow in a fast-paced workplace juggling multiple deadlines;
    • Reasonable amount of travel required to attend client meetings and occasionally conferences and other events;
    • Delivering outstanding level of customer service through excellent communication skills;
    • Internal and external client reporting on timely basis.

    Candidate:

    To be considered for this unique opportunity you will have:

    • At least 2 years of experience in account/client relationship management. (Professional and
    • financial services preferred but not essential)
    • Demonstrated ability to organise tasks and provide timely outcomes.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and analytical thinking.
    • Well developed communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent understanding of MS Office (Advanced Excel skills).
    • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of highly engaged account managers' team.
    • Unlimited rights to work in Canada as this is a permanent full time position.
    • A current driver's licence with own car (Parking provided).
