    Customer Service Representative (Casual) -KEEWATIN

    A team where your outgoing personality, communication skills, and excellent customer service will make a positive impression that a customer takes with them, along with their purchases of wine, beer, and spirits.

    In 2024 we are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in LCBO's retail stores across the province.

    Duties As a Customer Service Representative, your role will include:
    Customer engagement, sharing product knowledge and providing a best in class customer experience, whether operating our computerized cash registers or on the store floor
    Assisting with receiving of inventory, unloading trucks, handling product, stock replenishment and maintaining Customer Ready Standards
    You enjoy working with the public and you recognize exceptional customer service when you see it, and know how to deliver it yourself, everyday with every customer
    You must be comfortable adhering to COVID safety protocols, and be able to speak with a projected volume sufficient to be heard and understood

    Hours available to casual employees will depend on the operational requirements for each store and are scheduled in accordance with the Collective Agreement based on an employee's seniority and availability.

    Customer Service Representatives are usually assigned to work during our peak periods (evening and weekend shifts), or whenever extra help is required.
