    Description
    Green Bee 3 is a leader in providing the small business community with professional IT services. We're aggressively focused on growth by providing our clients, a superior Managed Services experience. The Accounting Manager plays a key role in supporting the Company's Finances.

    As part of the Finance team you will be providing expert accounting services and responsible for building out an Accounting Team.

    Overseeing the organization's daily accounting functions
    Managing the accounting, payroll, billing, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivables
    Maintain documented system of accounting policies and operations
    Process accounts and collecting payments
    Keep an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments, and debts
    Working with executive team to guide the organization's financial decisions
    Overseeing regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance
    Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes
    Developing and monitoring financial performance metrics
    Hiring, training, and retaining accounting staff
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field
    Ideal Candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a related accounting field

    Proficiency with QuickBooks online
    Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and provincial/national regulations
    Able to work well with senior executives and team, as well as mentor/lead other team members
