    Billing Coordinator

    Status: Permanent Full Time
    Location:     North York, ON

    We support our clients across a diverse range of sectors, including life and health insurers, property and casualty insurers, the legal community, employers and government organizations. Our strength lies in the foundation of excellence in service delivery that we provide, as well as our ability to work in close partnerships with our customers and assessors.

    We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team

    Responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciling / posting of cheques and deposits
  • Daily posting of bank deposits & EFT deposits
  • AR - follow-up of overdue Invoices
  • Producing monthly AR Reports - including WIP & Unrecorded Liabilities.
  • Reconciling write-offs; refunds
  • Assisting with billing at month end if time permits

    • Qualifications:

  • Some experience as an Accounts Receivables Administrator
  • Bookkeeping / accounting courses
  • Key strengths and skills include financial analysis
  • Able to communicate effectively and collaborate to resolve problems and issues that arise
  • Good knowledge of Accpac Accounting software and intermediate to advanced Excel
