    Cordance is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join the BuildCentrix team, a dynamic and innovative construction ERP business that leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.

    The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products/services.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in account management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    This is a fully remote role; Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.

    Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and how they align with the client's business objectives.
    Collaborate internally to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and exceed client expectations.
    Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
    Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
