    Description
    Kelly Services is currently recruiting for full time Direct Hire Permanent Sales Administrator for a client in Toronto, Ontario
    Role: Sales Administrator
    Direct Hire- Perm role
    Location: downtown Toronto, Ontario
    Hybrid: 3 days office 2 days from home Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm or 8:30-4:30 pm
    Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually
    In this role you will be tasked to:
  • Monitor and coordinate the sales pipeline via Hubspot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date system data
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Operations and other internal departments to facilitate a smooth quote and proposal process.
  • Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle from industry research, lead generation, business development and account/relationship management
  • Collaborate with customers to offer initial pricing and support if needed
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Plan, coordinate and organize conferences and other customer facing events
  • Work closely with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by building & maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholdersTo be successful in this position, you have:
  • A degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in a technical sales support capacity
  • A proven track record of fostering and nurturing solid customer relationships
  • Good business writing and presentation skills
  • Strong empathy with proven ability to listen to customer problems as well as identify, prioritize, and address their needs.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and achieving short and long-term goals
  • Experience using HubSpot is essential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel locally and, on occasion, internationally (approximately 10 days per year)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Bilingual in French, while not necessary, is a nice to have9326429
