    Position Overview

    Join our Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic

    group leading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. Our team activates in-product experiences and capabilities, alongside marketing activities across Autodesk owned touchpoints that improve acquisition, conversion, adoption, and renewal rates.

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for a customer experience specialist: you will combine your experience to deliver customer experiences at scale. You can work Hybrid or Remote.

    Responsibilities

    • Take on project ownership for targeted Lifecycle Marketing experiences and activate campaign designs that meet measurable goals for that persona and Lifecycle stage
    • You will be a tactical lead and project manager for cross-team experience deployments in collaboration with Lifecycle Marketing Managers
    • Understand qualitative and quantitative customer data from multiple sources to elaborate on experiment hypotheses that can be tested through new targeted digital experiences
    • Give feedback on how insights can be translated into market-facing activity
    • Connect tactical activities with the our goals and customer needs they support
    • Examine current experience effectiveness against team core metrics, suggest AB tests and opportunities to improve that would guide biggest impact on retention
    • Partner with data, engineering, and ops teams to complete design for each experience, working with the latest marketing technology to lead their development
    • Produce presentations and report outs to share with us and our senior partners on project goals, success measures, timeline, and important results

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of in-house marketing experience (preferably in B2B, SaaS company)
    • Experience of data-driven marketing activation with a demonstrated track record in increasing customer lifecycle Measurements
    • A curious mindset that loves finding and understanding complex multi-relational customer data sets
    • Provide clear direction to engineering and analyst teams on specific targeting and insight needs to create testable hypotheses
    • Experience with SaaS post-purchase metrics and experience designing experiences based on customer behavioral and product usage insights
    • Hands on experience setting up campaigns in Marketing and Customer Success systems (Customer Data Platforms, Journey Orchestration, Marketing Automation, Analytics)
    • You will use both written and verbal, and succeed in a matrixed organization
    • You will join our team to work hybrid with us based in one of Autodesk's North American office hubs, but fully remote from a US or Canadian location will also be considered for you

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $75,300 and $110,440. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
