We are based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba and have team members located across Canada, the United States, and United Kingdom.

    We are seeking a Product Support Analyst to join our dynamic team

    As Product Support Analyst, you will be a contact for customers / users of the Conquest Planning tool. Your role is to support and assist these users with their technical questions and provide problem solving and resolution.

    This is a remote / work from home opportunity. Ideally, you are local to Winnipeg.

    Duties of the role include:

    • Providing timely support to users to help fix technical problems or issues
    • Learning new subject matter and broadening your knowledge base
    • Working independently and as part of a team towards a common goal
    • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing deadlines
    • Using internal systems to document support requests and manage knowledge base content
    • Familiarity with financial planning concepts
    • Collaborating with team members across the organization
    • Keeping up to date with the overall economic and financial environment, current events, market conditions, trends, and changes to legislation
    • Participating in a rotation of after-hours support work

    Qualifications required:

    • Post secondary education in business and / or combination of education and work experience in a financial services, help desk, or customer service role
    • Technically oriented and quick study of new systems and tools
    • Familiarity with financial planning software is an asset
    • General troubleshooting skills
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • A financial planning designation or working towards a financial planning designation is an asset
    • Bilingual English / French is an asset
