- Responsible for answering phones and responding to emails, ensuring that all inquiries from our guests and within the company are followed up on in a timely manner.
- Contact guests via telephone and email with follow-up on their questions and order status.
- Relaying orders and inquiries to appropriate department staff and/or supervisors for follow up.
- Entering orders and other data into Excel and our Point of Sale system, as well as assisting with e-commerce administration on our Shopify platform.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests in all aspects, including assisting as a cashier or on the sales floor when required.
- Actively seek to familiarize and increase product knowledge in all areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette, is detail oriented, and has great interpersonal skills.
- Experience in administrative and customer service roles is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and good
- Highly adaptable with effective organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, handling multiple demands, setting priorities, and having strong troubleshooting skills.
- Product knowledge is an asset.
- You are punctual and dependable, and highly value honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
