- Maintain and enhance the relationship with their customers within the territory
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with multiple contacts within the customers' organization. This includes developing and refining key account plans
- Identify and act on new opportunities to grow sales
- Communicate sales activity, followup, and report in a clear, concise, and consistent manner, while meeting key administrative and project deadlines
- Develop supply and demand forecast for selected products, reviewing supply/sellin forecast
- Formulate and implement near and longterm strategies to achieve aggressive revenue and profitability targets
- Sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical
- Fluent communication skills in English, any other language is an asset
- Demonstrate ability to work across various cultures, a go get attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and be open to adapt to an everchanging market
- Valid car driver's license is essential
- Ability to develop and present innovative solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
