    We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for talent management and organizational development.

    They will play a key role in shaping our company culture, supporting our team members, and driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals.


    Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
    Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.


    Performance Management:
    Design and implement performance management processes to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and recognize achievements. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and identifying opportunities for employee development.

    Training and Development:
    Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as leadership development, and compliance.

    HR Policies and Compliance:
    Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations. Ensure that all HR practices promote fairness, equity, and transparency.

    Benefits Administration:
    Manage employee benefits programs


    Employee Data and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

    Culture and Diversity Initiatives:
    Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
    ~5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    ~ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    ~ Experience working in the media, entertainment, or digital marketing industry is a plus.
