    As a member of the Leadership team, the Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions within the business including employee engagement, talent & performance management, onboarding/orientation, benefits & incentive compensation, training and development, recruitment administration, and HR policies and programs.

    With HR viewed as a strategic business partner, this is an opportunity to make an impact by championing new people & culture initiatives in a forward-thinking organization.

    Ongoing delivery and continuous improvement of all human resources programs including compensation, benefits & leave, employee relations/recognition, performance management, recruitment administration
    Developing and facilitating engaging training and development programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to their professional growth
    Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies, fostering a fair and equitable workplace for all employees
    Working with the leadership team to identify new initiatives in support of the business and leading their implementation
    Handling ongoing HR administration including maintaining employee records and HR software (currently ADP but open to evaluation)
    Staying up-to-date on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

    Collaborate with a talented team, building relationships with engineering leaders and contributing to exciting projects spanning across North America.

    5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role
    ~ Positive and proactive attitude, with a desire to make a significant impact on the company's HR function
    ~ Ability and confidence to lead new initiatives and be the advocate for HR best practices in the organization
    ~ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    ~ Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HR systems and software
    ~ Professional Services experience is considered an asset
    ~ CPHR designation is considered an asset
    ~ Bachelor's degree or certificate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
