    ACCOUNT MANAGER

    At KCSI Canada, our client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for dedicated and personable account managers to maintain our clients' account and serve as our main point of contact. Our ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service. Applicants should also be comfortable working with spreadsheets and other organizational software.     • Acting as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
    • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain products and services value.
    • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
    • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
    • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
    • Working with other sales and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
    • Maintaining accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
    • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
    • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
    • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
    • Identifying industry trends.
    • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

    • Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role (1-2 years).
    • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
    • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
    • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.

    PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
    • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce.
    • Adept knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Word and Excel.
    • Knowledge and working experience with Adobe creative suite.
    • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
