A&M TAG is seeking an Operational Due Diligence Senior Associate to bring their energy, passion, and expertise to help our clients get the answers they need to the get the deal done.
We are seeking someone who has a successful track record with a blend of operational and financial skills, an entrepreneurial approach, and networks across the M&A community.
We provide private equity and corporate clients buy side and sell side due diligence.TAG ODD professionals actively engage in assessing, quantifying, and supporting the implementation of potential value creation opportunities pre- and post-deal.
As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with our highly motivated and effective team of professionals on a variety of interesting projects across different industries including but not limited to manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, business, and industrial services as well as healthcare, software & technology, energy, and financial services.
You will provide our clients with an integrated due diligence approach that goes beyond traditional quality of earning analyses and focus on key value drivers for sponsors and lenders.
Our integrated due diligence approach combines our deep operational, functional and industry expertise with Big Four quality financial accounting and tax services to drive value throughout the investment lifecycle.
Operational due diligence, 100-day planning, post-merger integration and performance improvement.Advising and implementing performance improvement programs, evaluating both cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities, for major corporations across a wide range of industry sectors.
.Leading the post-acquisition work to ensure that the value creation opportunities were realized in full and in the shortest possible time.
Initial rapid diagnostic into a company's immediate and future major operational issues, product profitability, cost base, manufacturing processes and options for performance improvement.
Support delivery of projects with private equity owned businesses to assess opportunities to improve their financial /operating performance and implement findings and recommendations.
Work with private equity owned clients through the full spectrum of complex issues that arise in operations, including pricing, manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics and purchasing.
Encompassing in the 100-day planning process the merger of two organizations for which a specific methodology has been developed.

Hands on experience through consulting projects or engagement in at least one of the following areas:Sales and operations planning
A recent track record of successfully delivering major operational due diligence and/or performance improvement assignments at pre and post deal.
Must be Private Equity Industry Savvy with established experience of working with Private Equity backed portfolio companies.Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, accounting and/or related major
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA preferred but not required.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong project management skills
