- Focusing sales activities on assigned customer(s)/module, developing sales (account) plans, positioning with customers, understanding customer needs, designing solutions, presenting proposals, and closing sales; following overall segment sales strategies as well as specific account sales strategies in order to achieve sales objectives (40%)
- Attaining assigned sales commitment including: Quoting of products/services, protection of revenue base, generation of new revenues, and ensuring customer satisfaction (30%)
- Effectively and efficiently working with other sales and support resources in order to meet customer needs and requirements; ensuring the accurate ordering and installation of services and products for assigned customer(s)/module (15%)
- Provide support and back-up for CBTS inside sales support functions (10%)
- Developing/maintaining general levels of product/service expertise and competitive knowledge (5%)
