    Customer Care Coordinator - Low-Rise Subdivision Construction

    $70K-$80K plus benefits

    Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Coordinator specializing in low-rise subdivision construction in the Greater Toronto Area. You will guide homeowners through their journey from initial purchase to post-occupancy, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service, all while adhering to Tarion guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all homeowner communications, including inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Schedule and oversee warranty service appointments, ensuring compliance with Tarion standards.
  • Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) with homeowners, highlighting and documenting any construction deficiencies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, defect resolutions, and service follow-ups in alignment with Tarion requirements.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to facilitate timely defect remediation as per Tarion specifications.
  • Regularly update homeowners on construction progress, expected occupancy dates, and critical post-move-in procedures.
  • Distribute and explain homeowner manuals, focusing on maintenance responsibilities and warranty coverage under Tarion standards.
  • Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field with a focus on residential construction.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of Tarion.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
