- Serve as the main point of contact for all homeowner communications, including inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Schedule and oversee warranty service appointments, ensuring compliance with Tarion standards.
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) with homeowners, highlighting and documenting any construction deficiencies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, defect resolutions, and service follow-ups in alignment with Tarion requirements.
- Collaborate with construction teams to facilitate timely defect remediation as per Tarion specifications.
- Regularly update homeowners on construction progress, expected occupancy dates, and critical post-move-in procedures.
- Distribute and explain homeowner manuals, focusing on maintenance responsibilities and warranty coverage under Tarion standards.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field with a focus on residential construction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of Tarion.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
