    We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join a team in the wholesale industry, located in North York.

    Responsibilities
    In this Accounts Payable Administrator role in North York, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Process invoices accurately in Sage 300, verifying coding, approvals, and matching with purchase orders.
    • Maintain vendor records and handle inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
    • Prepare and process payment batches, ensuring compliance with payment terms.
    • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare aging reports.
    • Review and process employee expense reports in adherence to company policies.
    • Assist with month end close processes and support audits.
    Qualifications
    In this Accounts Payable Administrator role in North York, you will be required to have the following:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience processing full-cycle AP.
    • Experience with Sage 300 or similar accounting systems is a strong asset.
    • Previous experience working in a similar industry is an asset.
