The System Implementation Manager serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the discovery, implementation, and onboarding business processes and resulting requirementscarrying out system project management activities (scope focusing, well planned & reliable communications, continuous evaluation points of risk and opportunity, and providing advice and assistance with their change management)
work with the vendor to develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to educate clients and other key stakeholders on the features and functionalities of their system.
Create and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support clients throughout the onboarding process ensuring the customer's complete adoption of their product.
Identify and address implementation challenges, working closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Actively contributes to the enhancement of implementation processes and methodologies.The System Administrator serves as the controlling user of the platform throughout the systems life, focusing on maintaining operations.

Manage issue tracking and support the users with resolving issues promptly
Respond to system and business process questions
Manage user access and security groups
Performs proactive system monitoring to ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose
Contributes to various control, PMIS, and IM documents
A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field is often required.
At least five years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, or similar roles.
Experience in project management or implementation management, requiring 5+ years in the field.
Proficiency in technical product and system installation, with the ability to create technical implementation strategies and provide staff-level guidance.
