    Description
    Our GTA renowned industry leading client is looking to add a Manager, Finance to their growing team.

    The Manager, Finance will support the head office Finance team withinvestment management including:
    acquisitions, divestitures and developments as outlined below:
    The main responsibilities for the Finance Manager include the following;

    Manage investment assets including stakeholder reporting and internal management reporting
    Support various M&A activities including due diligence
    Undertake financial planning & analysis (FP&A) responsibilities including budgets, forecasts and asset valuation models
    Support ad hoc systems and operational projects
    CPA, CA designationwith a preference for candidates with public accounting experience (i.e. external audit)
    ~6+ years work experience commensurate with the tasks above including 2+ years managerial experience
    ~ Blend of FP&A experience including review of valuations and budgets and investment transactionexperience including due diligence
    ~ Strong systems skills including MS Office and any large ERP system
