- Own the lead pipeline from initial contact through to qualification
- Execute our outbound/inbound strategy through cold calling, emails and creative channels
- Become an expert in the VendorPM platform and the property management industry
- Actively seek out new opportunities and leverage existing relationships to drive revenue growth
- Generate and move opportunities through the sales pipeline from initial touch to hand-off to an Account Executive
- Recognize and prioritize opportunities to meet monthly sales objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop & launch email and social campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce for record-keeping of prospect accounts and for logging all activity and information on prospects and companies
- Represent VendorPM as a leader at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events
- 1+ years in an outbound prospecting role, calling B2B, making 50+ calls per day
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural curiosity, you love to learn and problem-solve
- Performance-driven and highly motivated to succeed in meeting targets
- Strong organizational skills and confidence to work autonomously
- Team-oriented and invested in the success of the team and company
- Experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience in real estate or b2b saas
- Experience with Salesforce/SalesLoft
- Pivotal role at venture-backed company.
- Competitive compensation package: 45-50k base salary + 25k commission target

We are looking for talented Business Development Representatives to join our Partner sales team.
